”Had a great 7 night stay at the ROK hotel. Was there for Jamaica Carnival 2026. Friendly staff, very accommodating. I opted to include breakfast for the 7 days and was not disappointed. Buffet menu was fresh and good variety of local flavours. There was also the option to order from the menu at no extra cost. Pool Bar was my favourite, great vibe, not over crowded and great photo opportunities. Had a great stay and would definitely stay again. ”

”It is a convenient hotel, within walking distance of many restaurants, banks, other commercial facilities. Great place to stay, there is a park near by as well.”

”The food was OK. Need more variety for breakfast had the same Menu for breakfast every morning. The grounds were beautiful the rooms not so much had mold in the bathroom stayed for a week on two separate reservation. I switched to a different room type on the second reservation. Forgot my watch in the safe when I switched rooms, spoke to the front desk and the GM up-to-date my watch has still not been returned, Was told by the GM that they are doing an investigation. since checking out no...

”On my visit the cleaning staff forgot to clean the room for 1 day out of my 9 day stay or they forgot to put soup or a shower mat back in the room after cleaning. This hotel is good only just for sleeping and not to stay and enjoy the pool or to relax at. The Jamaican breakfast was delicious although the portions were small and the staff was friendly and professional. The other staff were very friendly and helpful. ”Ideal if you’re looking for a safe, quiet and spotlessly clean place to stay. No pool and no complimentary bath robe that I never use anyway! Not a luxury property but it was a welcoming and relaxing feel about it. The location is also very good - close to things but also quietly tucked away. I would definitely return. ”From the beginning to the end was horrible. There was no hot water in the shower I had to use two cups to catch hot water from the sink to bath. If you turn the shower on water would be sprinkling out the shower onto the floor and wall. The shower curtain and shower was all moldy. The walls was dirty and the bed spread had brown stains. It’s a very secure area that I do love but they need to actually take their time and fix the place and do a better job at keeping it clean. I was traumatized...
