”Beautiful hotel and ambiance! Favorite reading spot by the lobby fireplace. Dining was delicious at The Dive restaurant. Loved the quaint room and abundant closet and drawer space. Spacious shower and spectacular rainfall shower head. Only complaint was the mattress we had gave me a backache since I’m used to a firm one, but it’s probably okay for those who prefer soft mattresses. ”The rooms were recently renovated, so they were clean. There is no closet so if you want to hang up clothes there are just several coat hooks on the wall next to the door. No Iron or ironing board. There is a refrigerator, microwave and TV. There is also a free breakfast, coffee, mini muffins and make your own waffles, and cold cereals. This hotel seems to be putting in the effort, but the outside appearance is nothing to write home about and there seemed to be sketchy guests or maybe longer...

We communicated that to front desk staff and she said “thanks for telling me.” It did not give me much comfort that the rest of the room was cleaned well. 2. The pool heater was broken and there was no acknowledgment of that prior to check-in. Also the ceiling was in horrible disrepair. 3. The “hottub” was the size of a whirlpool tub that could fit maybe 3 adults. 4. I overheard another guest tell the staff that the pop machine did not...

”What a cute motel -very clean and updated-large rooms, nice view of the water. Bed was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly! Having the River Crab restaurant right there was awesome. I totally will stay again. If your wondering about this place, wonder no more!!”

”The check-in process is very combursome and confusing. The lockbox next to the fire extinguisher doesn't make sense when there are multiple fire extinguishers on site. If you advertise a sofa sleeper it should be made up or at the very least there should be sheets, pillows and blankets inside the unit. Fortunately, the Days in Staff was very helpful. ”
