”The resort is beautifully maintained inside and out and the newly refurbished rooms feel modern but still charming. The food at supper was very good. The concierge was unable to resolve a small issue that we had and it remained unaddressed. We were at the resort on a weekend and there is clearly insufficient staff to manage morning breakfast service resulting in waits -- for a buffet -- of more than one hour. ”Only stayed one night but it was fine. No big city shine and could be called rustic (it is an old building) but it was clean and spacious and the manager was so friendly and helpful. The restaurant had closed for the season but its central location was close to many great dining options.”

”It’s a beautiful historic property. We were greeted on arrival and given great information about the area. It’s a short walk to the Main Street shops and restaurants. Rooms were clean, temperature controls were available and felt very private. We did not get to enjoy the onsite cafe but will look forward to it next trip.”
