”Couldn’t be closer to the beach. Massive porch and surprisingly spacious cottages with notably high ceilings. Separated a good distance from the main road with a feel that is entirely secluded, save for a wave to the neighbors. Quiet and peaceful as one can imagine, the only sounds are the ones you want on a tropical island - waves, birds, and the nightly chorus. The AC is more than one could ask for, very comfortable climate control. All of the appliances worked perfectly - my one and only...

”The property was clean inside and out. We had an issue with our AC and they moved us immediately. You will definitely need a car, a driver or taxi to get to restaurants etc. ”

”Great place to stay in Portsmouth! Close to the beach and food. 10ish min drive to cabrits. ~30ish min to batibou beach & red rocks. Clean room and someone came to clean everyday. Typical dishes in the kitchen but could have more (scissors), super convenient tho! A restaurant owned by hotel right at the entrance & convenient. We did not try their breakfast though. Some noise from animals can be heard in the morning. We went during their renovations starting ~9ish am but wasn’t an issue for us...

”Host was excellent. As Dominica lacks street signs and address indicators, it is virtually mandatory that new arrivals arrange to meet the host and be led to the apartment.”

”I stayed here with my brother, his 2 kids, and my mom. This cute little home had everything inside. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking a large family meal. There was AC, comfortable beds, and space for my group of 5. There were even some toys for the kids and a nice outdoor space. ”

”The apartment is more beautiful in person. It's homey, super clean and quiet. The hosts are very friendly and lovely to chat to, and you're able to enjoy your space and let them enjoy theirs too. Nice walking distance to Toucari beach. WATCH OUT FOR GOOGLE MAPS DIRECTIONS if you have a low horse power rental car with little clearance, as Google might suggest turning right half way down the beech up a steep and vegetated road. No fault of the host though.”
