”Very nice hotel just a walking distance away from restaurants and city center. Everything works just well and travel desk was more than helpful. Also the pool area and hotel bar were nice. There is a grill buffet on mondays with live music.”

The cooking area was nicely done so that you could cook breakfast easily. The property is gorgeous and you really feel like you're in the middle of the rainforest by yourself. Very relaxing. ”Berkey himself is a gracious, helpful, and thoughtful host. His communications are excellent and once there, he will be there for you. He attends to details and has pride in this hideaway. It requires a walk up ~40 steep steps but once on top, your are in a beautiful valley with wildlife and jungle sounds. Accommodations are basic but sufficient, if you are looking for an experience more like Dominica than a luxury hotel, Berkey's place is fine. Access to the property is straightforward and...

”There was a mix-up about the room description, but the staff made it right. The restaurant bar staff were fun and attentive. Air-conditioning was truly a blessing! Balcony was a perfect view of the ocean and we got a bird's eye view of ocean wildlife coming ashore in the morning at breakfast. Room was clean and adapters were provided for electronic device usage and charging. I would definitely visit here again.”
