”The rooms are beautiful! We loved the patio and the view. Gorgeous. The food on the first night was almost inedible: we sent back the mahi mahi (I think that's what it was) because it was so rock hard/overcooked that it wouldn't chew down. We then ordered the pizza: the dough was so soft and uncooked that we just ate the toppings. We then started simply eating away from the place. ”Parking was ample; ocean view was great, but the room was sub-par. It was clean, but the floor molding had been removed, which made the room look really old; No shampoo/conditioner was provided and no hair dryer. Front staff, when present, was friendly and helpful. Cleaning staff was on top of things. Pool was nice and a good temperature, but they allowed children's swimming lessons there 2-3 days while we were there, so that put a damper on the experience. No restaurant on site, but a good one...

”We stayed at the Banyan cottage and it was lovely. Up on a hill, very private. It had screens so no need to worry about bugs. The cooking area was nicely done so that you could cook breakfast easily. The property is gorgeous and you really feel like you're in the middle of the rainforest by yourself. Very relaxing.
