”I would never recommend this property. It is dated and worn out. The food was terrible and yet somehow everything tasted the same. We couldn’t even try some of the restaurants on property because they were either closed or no reservations available. The 2 hot tubs we saw were filthy and damaged. Snorkeling from the beach was literally the only redeeming quality for this resort. This experience was so bad that I wouldn’t trust any Couples Resort moving forward. ”Beautiful property, most of the staff are absolutely amazing... but due to the few inconveniences we had we will not be back to this couples.... we will stick with Negril and swept away, hopefully they are still as we remember . Still 5 star but dropped the ball on us this stay. Probably more my luck , then the norm.”

”My father and I recently returned from a stay at Sandcastles - and I would wholeheartedly recommend the resort to anyone looking for a very friendly, local, and down-to-earth stay! As we first arrived, check-in was quite simple and staff was very friendly and swift to help us learn. Every day&night the resort had great food options either up top at the Silver Sands restaurant, or at the bar near the pool; the Castle Blu, with good drinks and great staff at both locations! ”My trip was a 10/10, the manager was very hospitable, and so was the supervisor. This place is hidden gem, and the grounds, with the three leveled pools, and close proximity to the beach were truly amazing. The staff were amazing, and the restaurant on site was great.”
