”INFESTED. THIS HOTEL IS NOT A 4 SEASONS RESORT. This hotel is infested, dirty, and falling apart. Every surface in the rooms is stained with nasty, large red/brown/yellow splotches to the point that I did not want to sit down on any of the furniture, let alone sleep in the bed. Most of the items/hard surfaces in the room were covered in a thick, crusty yellow/brown grime with human hairs effectively glued into said items/surfaces by the grime. We asked to move rooms the last night we were here...

”We would happily give 5 stars to the staff, service, rooms, garden and pool - they are magnificent for a laid-back island holiday. What we drop the one star for is the somewhat incomplete communication. Fundamentally, this is an apartment in a 3-story building. No spa yet. On the night of arrival, the independent Yachtsman Grill closed at 6 pm without a warning. We found that out at 6.15 when we tried to go to dinner. Luckily, there is a nice Indian restaurant less than half a mile down...

”Hieman ränsistynyt hotelli hienolla paikalla. Huone oli kulunut mutta puhdas. Palvelu oli ok, varsinkin Tim ravintolassa oli ihana.”

”Perfect for a hermit!”

”Nisbet is on a former sugar plantation and buttresses the Atlantic. The grounds and rooms are well-maintained. It’s very laid back, an older crowd, except for the lively Thursday night barbecue on the beach. Outsiders come to Nisbet and live music is offered. Dinner food is fair, although quite good at the barbecue. Breakfast and lunch are pretty good, but with limited menus. Overall, a very relaxing vacation, but it is best to go off grounds for other experiences and restaurants.”

”We thoroughly enjoyed our month long stay at House Rose. Jessica was a joy to communicate with before and during our time in Nevis with prompt replies to all of our questions and valuable suggestions for newcomers to the island. The house was perfect for our needs with the three roomy bedrooms and two full bathrooms. We loved that we could control the air conditioning units in each room. So pleasant after a hot afternoon at the beach! The kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed cooking many of...

”We enjoyed our stay, it was a nice house. We only had a small glimpse of the ocean. The neighborhood dogs and roosters created a lot of noise. ”

”Very nice apartment and quiet area!!! I would definitely stay there again!”

”Large outdoor space with pool access. Quiet surroundings”

”This is a lovely house, well equipped with all that you need for your stay. The seating is comfortable with several dining area options. There is a smart TV with sign-in for your streaming services. One more sun lounger is needed to complete the six and maybe one replaced. The inside was impeccable, the only additional cleaning would be a routine for the pool area. Lots of fans and good AC if you need it but the breeze flowing through the home makes largely unnecessary. Huge fridge freezer should...

”As a family with young children the layout of property was great and clean with all the facilities available. Our host, Mowava was friendly, welcoming and very helpful. Our stay and would recommend the property.”

”We enjoyed our stay. The house was lovely and accommodated our group. Bucky, was very helpful and took good care of us. We enjoyed the Monkeys running around in the morning and the weather was lovely. We would recommend Paradise Sunto handle all of your travel needs. They were prompt and reliable . They were waiting for us after we landed, then a taxi to Rage Beach to meet the water taxi to Nevis. In Nevis we picked up our three cars and they led us to our rentals. Great service.”

”The host was extremely nice and everything was as described and spotlessly clean, would be happy to recommend it.”

”Overall excellent experience exactly as described - the island and the people are also wonderful. Will be back!!!”
