”We would happily give 5 stars to the staff, service, rooms, garden and pool - they are magnificent for a laid-back island holiday. What we drop the one star for is the somewhat incomplete communication. Fundamentally, this is an apartment in a 3-story building. No spa yet. On the night of arrival, the independent Yachtsman Grill closed at 6 pm without a warning. We found that out at 6.15 when we tried to go to dinner. Luckily, there is a nice Indian restaurant less than half a mile down...

”this is the most spectacular but understated resort. Noreen and Christina took care of our every need. Food was excellent The view is worth a million and you can enjoy it from the room dining on the terrace or swimming in the pool ”

”The owners and staff were awesome. They took time to get to know us and were so welcoming and helpful with anything we needed. They gave us info about how to get around and offered to organize things for us. The property was unique and the individual cottages were amazing. Be aware though, there’s no AC. It didn’t bother us but might be a deal breaker for some. We will absolutely be back! ”

”This property is beautiful and if you're into taking walks, do it and walk to the nearby beaches and restaurants.”

”Nisbet is on a former sugar plantation and buttresses the Atlantic. The grounds and rooms are well-maintained. It’s very laid back, an older crowd, except for the lively Thursday night barbecue on the beach. Outsiders come to Nisbet and live music is offered. Dinner food is fair, although quite good at the barbecue. Breakfast and lunch are pretty good, but with limited menus. Overall, a very relaxing vacation, but it is best to go off grounds for other experiences and restaurants.”

”The host canceled without sending an email. We did not know about the cancellation till the day before travel when I reached out to get directions. Absolutely terrible!! Do not book this property if you care about a place to stay. ”

”This place is a hidden gem !! We usually stay at Four Seasons and wanted something more "boutique" and intimate . This unit did not fail . It has shades for the early morning sun , a great AC , comfortable bed and TV. The views are incredible. The beach club there has amazing breakfast and lunch and you have access to the beach with comfy lounge chairs and umbrellas. Host was great and this was absolutely perfect !! ”

”Lovely cottage located high up on a hill. Beautiful view of the ocean from the front porch and you could also enjoy the sunrise from there as well. ”

”Excellent property in beautiful surroundings. The villa had everything we needed and the host Anna was really helpful with arranging transfers from St Kitts and was always available to answer our questions. We really enjoyed the pool and watching the monkeys and wildlife. There was easy access to plenty of places to eat and Pinneys beach was a 10 minute drive away. Hope to visit this beautiful, laid back island again one day.”

”I had a lovely stay at Ylang Cottage. The setting was quite beautiful in a tropical garden and included a screened in porch with a modern hammock swing.The double bed was very comfortable with nice linens and the bathroom had a walk in shower with plenty of hot water. I loved the quiet location and proximity to The Hermitage (5 minute walk) where I could enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner and meet friends and new guests.Tracey and her husband were very welcoming and easily available for advice...
