”Inside was fairly clean. The outside could use a power spray cleaning at least every week from the smell of urine. Luggage Staff was extremely helpful. Check-in Staff that helped me could be more friendly to encourage customers to come back. Overall stay was okay to good.”

”Heavy set woman at the front who was insanely rude to me and other customers as if she had personal issues she brought to work that morning, claimed I did not submit a deposit when I already had. Was told by the manager that she is known to have created issues previously. Concerned as to why this incompetent worker was hired to begin with. Got charged over $100 for another individual's bar bill which they were so persistent was not a mistake. Never received an apology for the insane lack of...

”Good hotel in good location.”

”I enjoyed my stay! The staff was kind and pleasant. The rooms were nice and maintained well. Caution: this is an old building as most of SF is, the walls are not thick. It’s is a good area to get quickly from one side of town to the next. The neighborhood is what most of SF is, experiencing homelessness so be cautious in the evening. Great food spots in the area. Over all, we enjoyed our stay!”

”The hotel is beautiful and very well maintained, rooms are clean and spacious pet friendly which was a nice plus, another highlight was that unlike other hotels we were able to leave bags at the concierge even after check out , it allowed for us to stroll around city at ease and not worry about that , same with valet for the car , overall was a great stay , only downside I would have to say is that the pool is across the street in another hotel so that was not convinient but i would return 100%”

First, we were not aware that we would have to pay for parking which was about $35 for the night, and the closest parking garage was a six minute walk from the hotel. On the way to the parking garage, we saw several cop cars and someone being arrested. My family, which included an 8 year old, got to the hotel in the evening after eating at a restaurant, because our flight was delayed, and had to walk 6 minutes to the...

”Great hotel in a convenient location with walking distance to Union Square. Great lobby with a giant fire place that was burning all day. The staff at the reception desk were very friendly and made us feel welcome. The only drawback was that when we called with a special request, it took hours for the staff to respond, and only after a reminder phone call. Other than that, a great hotel”

”The location was really excellent. It was nice to have coffee and water in the lobby. The hotel was charming. The bed was bad. it was like a bouncy castle and quite small.”
