”Very clean with a quick check in. The parking was full when we arrived so we had to park pretty far from the room, but otherwise this is a great stay in downtown Moab.”

”It is a new location and well maintained. Nice rooms with comfortable bed. Staff were polite and friendly. Getting out of the parking lot when headed to MOAB is difficult with traffic.”

”Beautiful new hotel with a great pool area and friedly staff. Unfortunately our room 304 had the hotel ventilation machinery directly above, and there is an occasional very loud metallic resonance noise. Woke us up several times on the first night, but luckily not on the remaining two nights we stayed therre. ”

”We tried to take a shower before 9am and there was no hot water. Coffee was very poor quality. They did not know, what customer service means at this property (particularly the receptionists that we dealt with). We would not go back to this place. ”

” We never got to stay here, even though we paid the full rate for 4 nights, about $1350. The change/cancellation policy is 100% non-negotiable and the property is impossible to contact by phone. The phone number has a recorded messages declining all calls. The email soliciting this review says “As a small company, we depend on our valued guests to tell others about us.” I don’t buy it. These people just want your money and don’t care bout your experience at all. Here’s what I want to tell...

”Good stay, clean hotel. Everything seems very new. If on the second floor and with a lot of luggage, be aware no elevator.”

”Wow where to start. This place is amazing and it set in an amazing valley of Red Rocks everywhere. This review will not even come close to what my experience was here. Amazing is a weak adjective. Everyone should see this place once at a minimum. Everything about this place was top notch and the wilderness it’s nestled in was breath taking. We will definitely be back 100%”

”Easiest check in! We were warmy greeted by staff and given a quick run down of amenities. The property was just as pictured and described. This unit delivered everything we needed for our family of five for a weekend stay. Would recommend to anyone wanting lodging that checks all the boxes when visiting Arches National Park and the delightful town of Moab! ”
