”This is a 1898 hotel in the San Juan mountains old mining country. Most unique hotel we have ever stayed in the US, England, Canada, the Caribbean and Mexico. All the bedrooms represent the turn of the century with meticulous care by the owners Matt and his wife. Expect a hearty and warm welcome by Matt when you arrive. This is an excellent choice for your lodging in a wonderful hotel and town.”

”Very clean, easy access and parking! Was very quiet even with all the 4th of July festivities. Will definitely stay again!!”

”Staff was super friendly. Loved the free coffee and tea in the morning, Parking in and around the area was fine. The only downfall was the temp in the room. They have a swamp cooler, which is probably pretty normal for Silverton’s accommodations. I’m sure not very many buildings are air-conditioned in this town but was a little warm at night. It did cool off but took a smidge of time. Delightful place.”

”The owners were super nice and the building had tons of character. I had to take away stars because the primary reasons I booked at this location was that the property information listed breakfast being included and laundry facilities as a convenience. The owner said they haven't provided breakfast in quite a long time and the laundry facility was a laundromat across the street.”

”Had a great stay! It was a perfect base for our ski trip. The condo was spotless and had enough room for our family. Communication with Jennifer was great, she answered our questions quickly and thoughtfully, even with tips from her kids to ours. The hot tub and pool were great to relax in after hitting the slopes as well. We will definitely be back!”
