”Staff was helpful and friendly. I preferred to the gym area to those in other resorts, it was not large but was sufficient for a vacation gym. Pools and ocean area were well maintained and staff was very attentive. If you're planning on leaving the resort in a taxi or uber, you'll need to notify the gate. It is kind of difficult to come and go freely without using the resort's services. The resort does offer plenty of services but, if you're a solo traveler and prefer to kind of do your own...

”This property was likely very beautiful many years ago when it first opened and the highlight photos were taken but it has clearly been neglected for some time. Neither the rooms nor the property were as clean and sufficiently stocked with necessities as I would expect. The beds were not comfortable, WiFi was spotty, and linens seemed old and lacking freshness. The only upsides were the ac worked well and the few staff members we encountered tried to be helpful. ”I checked in and found that the hot water and WiFi were not working in the unit. Contacted the host. Said they would send people up to fix it. Maintenance never came. Thinking it was maybe a little late contacted him again the next day with no response. Asked for a partial refund which was refused by the host. Unit also had a few other inconveniences. ”This place is closed since march 2019 due to pandemic however they are doing bookings and taking people's money. Don't bother with this. I complained and ask for refund that was denied. ”
