”I am very well traveled and have stayed in luxury home and abroad.I have never stayed in a hotel that was more accommodating in every way.May I suggest you visit the spa.My partner and I experienced the couples massage and thoroughly enjoyed it.The grounds are beautiful and if you can get a room with a balcony facing the mountain it’s break! ”My biggest issue was that my room faced the highway, and I don't know if the hotel just has the lowest grade windows or what, but there 24 hour a day road noise including semi trucks, motorcycles, and people revving their engines just yards away that made it near impossible to get any decent sleep. I've never stayed in a hotel where I could hear so much road noise. Everything else about it was great, but I was really only there at night for a place to sleep, so it just didn't meet that need. ...

”No shampoo or soap in dispenser😞Hand soap tray wad dirty which was gross. Breakfast was ok.”

”Ordered a king suite, but apparently they do not have any kings from what the lady told me. Room was dirty with weird substances on the couch as well as hair on floor and pillows. Beds are horribly unconfortable. Housekeeping is non- existant. The only staff we ever saw was at the front desk in the back room. Coffee is not made until 7 am, no breakfast included and vending machines are broken.”

”Room windows were pretty dusty. The rest in the room was average in cleanses. They have just a ok continental breakfast with bad coffee and bad orange juice. I would not recommend anyone to go there unless it is just for a night. ”

”The staff, especially the nice hostess/manager at check in. She went above and beyond to do her best to make me feel like a matter. I needed a cup that fit the lids in the breakfast area and she tore the place apart looking for the cup, and she found it. Most places just say sorry and don't make the effort. She did. She made me feel like a mattered. ”

”This beautiful house has everything one needs to enjoy completely private vacation. Loved the tall cathedral ceiling, airy feel and artistic details throughout the house. The mountain view from the windows is simply outstanding; it was simply breathtaking to wake up with such view. The house has all the necessities and more; there were two of us so we enjoyed huge space to ourselves. Location is just perfect, close to everything but very private. Enjoyed our stay greatly.
