”Bathroom was dirty, bed were uncomfortable. There was no staff during checkin process, and the automated system was having trouble issuing the keys. Had to wait for 30 minutes.”

”It was exceptionally hard to find the room in the first place. I was backed by the exit. I asked the staff numerous times to help me and they were too busy to do anything about it. And the rooms next to me had nobody in them but they decided to have people above me that partied all night and I got no rest. I went to the front desk to ask them if I could have an extra few hours to sleep in in the morning and they told me no. They had no solutions. I was so unhappy with this place.”

”Very slipperi barhtubs. As it was said at the receiption, it was a problem for a while, yet they have not done anything about it. My husband fell and we requested a anti-slip bath mat, which they did not have. If they are aware of the problem, why nothing had been done? Breakfast: it’s bad. Attention people with food allergies. The kitchen guy does know what the food is made of, he just heats it. The rooms are cleaned but they still dirty. The carpet floor is filthy, walked with shoes on, too...

”I was disappointed by the reception team during my recent stay. Despite arriving with heavy luggage, not a single staff member offered to help or even acknowledged the struggle. A hotel’s front desk sets the tone for the entire experience, and unfortunately this one felt indifferent to guests’ basic needs. I hope management addresses this, as a little attentiveness goes a long way in hospitality.”

”This is my second time staying at this hotel, and I’d definitely return. The room was immaculate, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff was exceptional—attentive, kind, and always ready to assist. They even went above and beyond by placing a dog bed and dog bowl in our suite for my chihuahua upon our arrival.”
