”I stayed at the Chicamocha Hotel in Colombia, and they use a taxi transportation system for tourists. We used this service, and the charges were extremely excessive and exploitative.”

”Staff were not great. Used the spa and the jacuzzi was dirty and cold. A lady of the spa came and asked me to leave because other people paid her to use a jacuzzi that shall be available to all the guests. Poor experience.!”

”The pool was nice, cold but nice. I booked for two people, and it was reserved fpr 1. I contacted Expedia, and they called the place, but they did not honor Expedia's price for the second person and ended charging me morethan expedia price . Breakfast the first day was old and ; the second day was better but served the same thing. The arepas were chewy and cold no rome service i would not recomend this plase ”
