”For a 4-star hotel, many things were not as they should be: the food (both breakfast and dinner) in particular. While the pool was great as was the beach (although too crowded), the spa did not live up to expectations: the use of the pools was not included in treatment prices and the pools were not “different temperatures”, as said in the website. One should also note that the conditions (cancellation policy during covid and the 10 o’clock checkout time) were very inflexible. ”

”Very nice stuff in the reception. Room OK, view good, pool area good.
All good, except for the girl at the bar thursday Oct. 2. She played crappy music - too loud. The clients around were aged between 65 and 75, and the noisy music were meant for people the same as the waitresses, and when people complained about it she got mad, telling (twice) "this is a bar"
So. She played music for herself, not thinking/minding about the people sitting there. BAD!”

”Staff was professional and some of them could speak fluent english. Their appearance and behavior was at 4 star level, but the hotel itself was not. I stayed at self catered room which was spacious but at highest maybe 2 stars. Room was dark and not decorated at all. Just a lackluster black leather sofa and second-hand lookalike wooden kitchen table in the living room-kitchen -area. Also my "terrace" was just a plastic chair and table and the view was grass and parking area. I did not feel like...
