”What a find! We loved staying at the CASTLE! What an historic place! The kind staff greeted us and was an informative tour guide! Thank you! We were overwhelmed at the splendor of the entire place. When we got to our room, it was warm and cozy and completely met our needs. I can't wait to go back!”

”We came to hotel after complicated driving for 7 hours tired and were met by friendly staff. Check in was fast and easy. After all we got excellent warm chocolate cookies. Love the hotel !!”

”I always stay here when visiting my mom in Schenectady and the front desk is always so helpful, patient and kind. Huge thanks to Colin for his warm reception. Manager covering during check out could use some of the hospitality training from the other staff. The room was clean but toiletries need to be freshened up as most are out but i bring my own so had it wasnt a dire need. Rooms are clean, bed pillows should be changed, pretty small and flat for a king size bed. Overall a good stay.”

”everything was fine, no issues during the stay. only thing is when we checked out, there was nobody at the office window at 9:40 a.m. I rang the bell 3 times in about 5 minutes and no one ended up coming to the window. I put the 2 key cards through the plexiglass window and just left. hopefully that is the way to do it!”
