”I booked through Expedia (VRBO) and the room we were assigned was incorrect due to a mistake by the booking sight ( we were assigned a 1 bedroom instead of a two bedroom). The owner had us in a new unit at no extra charge ($100/night difference) within 5 minutes. Awesome customer service!!!”

”Quiet, comfortable home. My only complaint about check-in was that Vacasa changed the entry code so we had some difficulty getting in. My complaint about the home is that there was mouse droppings all over the kitchen — on dining table, on kitchen counters, even in the coffee pot. Ugh.”
