”Great place and amazing location.”

”Shower not clean. Toilet sits next to wall with inadequate space for comfortable use. No chairs in room. Comb and paper from panty liber in draw of dresser. Fire pit propane wasn't working. Took over an hour to get tank switched out. Restaurant..waitress was only 1 available to wait tables and handle a wedding party.”

”Beautiful resort not far from the lake. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. The only downside is that the onsite restaurant closes before 8pm and so we had to go to town for dinner. Breakfast is very good.”

”THE HOTEL DID A BAIT AND SWITCH. THE ROOM ON THE EXPEDIA SITE LOOKED CLEAN AND ROOMY. THE REAL ROOM WAS DIRTY, DARK, SMALL, AND SMELLY. I COULD NOT STAY THERE. WENT ELSEWHERE AND FOUND A CLEAN, AIRY, LARGER ROOM FOR LESS PLUS A NICE BREAKFAST. EXPEDIA AND FALLS MOTEL WOULD NOT REFUND MY MONEY EVEN THOUGH I REGISTERED A COMPLAINT AND WENT ELSEWHERE. DO NOT USE EXPEDIA!!! DO NO GO TO FALLS MOTEL!!!”

”Outstanding location. Just cannot be beat. Generally clean for the obvious things like floors but the second level cleaning really hurts, like window casings haven’t been touched in a very long time, and they don’t stay open unless you prop them up with a shoe or book. Very bare basic room. Bathroom was pretty good tho Wifi—we were not given a code and therefore could not access it. Seems strange. Or is it even there?”

”Sehr nettes Personal, unkomplizierter Check-In und check-Out; ich war ein bißchen später dran am nächsten Morgen, aber das war kein Problem. Schönes, großes Zimmer. Hotel lag direkt an der großen STraße, davon hat man aber nichts mitbekommen. Da ich nur auf Druchreise war, kann ich zu den anderen Angeboten im Hotel nichts sagen. Man durfte sich früh einen Kaffee aus der Lobby mitnehmen. Danke dafür.”

”We very much enjoyed our stay here, it’s just a few miles north of the town of Watkins Glen. We had a one bedroom cabin which was plenty of room for my husband and I. Very clean! Air conditioning worked well. It was so nice to come back after exploring to sit on the porch and watch the sunset every day. There’s a table and chairs on the porch and we ate several meals out there. There are a few restaurants in the area that we liked; “Here” for breakfast and Scale House Brewery for a couple of...

”Standard motel room with a shared balcony looking over Cayuga Lake. Very steep driveway up to parking behind the motel units. Basic but clean. If you bring a pet, be sure you can verify their flea and tick treatment. Cute lakefront tiki bar across the road.”

The selection could have been better, but it was sufficient for a quick breakfast. Overall, it was a fine. The cleanliness and updated condition of the hotel were the highlights.”

”Was told there was swimming holes within walking distance, creek was pretty dry, no waterfalls either. Camp ground was nice but don’t believe it was worth 300 dollars a night”
