”The front desk staff were helpful. I do have a problem with spending almost $300 per night for a hotel and being told you should not bring your own food and beverages to the hotel. If I am paying for the room I should have the right to bring my own food and beverages if I wish to do so.”

”The rooms were supposedly non-smoking but had a stale smoke smell, especially on the third floor. There was no screen on our window even though we were able to open the window. There were loose tiles on the bathroom floor, so we needed to be careful not to injure ourselves. The light in the elevator area was out during our stay and others mentioned it had been out all weekend. Then there was the pool area; the chlorine and other chemicals were so strong I could not stand being in the pool area...

”The bed is not that clean with some blood stain and a thing. Some staff are accomodating but kitchen staff are snob. ”

”The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the room refrigerator did not work and we did not realize it until the next day so the takeout order (three meals) we purchased to take home had to be thrown away. ”

”The pictures are deceiving. This place is in need of an major update. The rooms were good size but there were holes in the wall, shower door would not stay closed, and smelt like mold. I found a piece of glass in the pool, and the WiFi is horrible. The breakfast was surprisingly good though!”
