”Property is immaculately kept. Nice stay for families. Close to Dollywood and the strip in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Only issue is that I booked early and the rate went down by $400. The resort refused to honor the new rate but upgraded us to a four bedroom, which we didn’t need.”

”The property is set up to be a great vacation place. However, the swimming area is poor. My 7 year old could never get to do anything. The small slides are only open every other hour. Then the slides closed completely at 7:00. So unless you plan to stay at the property all the time it’s hard for the little ones to get to slide.”

”We have stayed here a couple times. It's a great family destination. I found the front desk people rude this time. I don't also understand why it takes soooo long to check in? Most hotels check you in within minutes. But overall, our stay once again was incredible. And will be back again next year”

”This property is poorly maintained and honestly feels like a slight upgrade from an asylum as it looks nothing like the pictures advertised on Expedia. The carpet had mysterious stains on it, part of the ceiling in the bathroom was falling down, the fridge was frozen, and the air conditioner was so loud we had to sleep without it leading to us waking up with what I can only describe as a mildewy smell. ”The property was the perfect location to enjoy the shops and restaurants in Gatlinburg. The facilities and atmosphere were wonderful. The TVs were a little dated in that you cannot stream from device but it did have cable. The rooms were spacious and bathrooms/shower were modern and very nice.
