”When i get there they give me two queen bed room but i had a booking of one king bed, and when i see the room and go back and told them that was not correct room, the guy goes that what you choice, and then he goes oh any ways we dont have any king beds, and when i shoed my booking and details he goes i have to charge you more, but i already paid for room through app and they was rude and calling me liar so im no gonna stay there ever again”

”The manager was really nice and accommodating. I usually ask for a first floor room so that i can hear/see my motorcycle. The class of room i paid for was only available on the second floor. The manager was noce enough to move me to a different room on the first floor at no charge. The room was clean and had everything needed including shampoo (many budget rooms fo not). The only issue that i ran into was that i bought a pack of snack donuts and only consumed half of the pack. When i got up...

”It was in terrible condition.The bottom of my feet were black from going barefoot inside our room. The towel bar in the bathroom fell off the wall when I removed a towel. The TV box was bad. The staff originally said we didn't have a reservation but then found it. A window was cracked and held together with tape. We asked for maid service which was done. The bed was left without the bedspread. The staff was very helpful with all of the issues.”

”I was worried about this property not having a bathroom en suite, but the host and property manager made me feel better and made the stay amazing. The people and service were great, the cabin super cute and cozy and the location beautiful. The only drawback was that they charged me $5,ooo for the deposit, which was strange. But it then took over 2 weeks to get a refund. Usually the deposit is only taken if there was a problem during the stay. ”

”We thought the house was very nice. Very nicely redone and decorated. It was quiet and clean. We didn't get to use the backyard area, but it looked very inviting. We didn't get to explore the town of Salina too much. Most things were closed up for the evening when we were there.”
