”The room and overall hotel was clean, they were not clear on the laundry service and we were charged a ridiculous amount for our laundry to be serviced. We simply asked for a gist of how long it would take in a certain time. And no communication was returned until our bill was expected. Almost $300.”

”Ons verblijf in The Ritz-Carlton in Xi’an verdient vijf sterren.

”Nice hostel with a good location.
We stayed in a private room with private bathroom.
Really nice room for a good price.
Self laundry faculties at the hostel for minimal price.
Only concern was staff said I hadn’t paid when I clearly had a receipt from hotels.com.
They tried to make me pay again but when I showered them the receipt they said they’d look into it. And I never heard from them again. Some confusion, I guess.”

”I have been very disapointed by this youth hostel. I travelled over 80 countries in the World and the service was poor. I chekhed in at 2h30 pm, Left my lugages and came backdoor at 10h30 pm. It’s when I needed towel and toilet paper at 10h30 pm then at the reception they told me the youth hostel don’t furnish towel and toilet paper. It’s alright but at least tell the customer at the chekh-in not when the customer need it. I could have bought the article during the afternoon but not at 11 pm. ”
