”Not sure if it was just my cabin but it needs some updates for sure! There is 2 window units and one on the wall in the bedroom and the ac never got below 73 for as small of a place as it was and they had mold inside of them. The electricity and lights were constantly flickering. The shower was cracked up and had duck tape in it. There was stuff scribbled on the ceiling. Overall not the best stay. And when I called the property owner about my complaints he made a comment about how I just stayed...

”Was in town for work and needed a nice clean place to stay and it did the trick!”

”This property was very peaceful and serene. Lovely lake views from main floor and upstairs. We opened the shades upstairs at night so we could see the lake when we woke up each morning. It was absolutely lovely.”

”Easy check in. Property is right in Cherokee Village, which made it convenient when visiting a scout at Kia Kima. The creek is the property highlight. Very peaceful to sit back there. Didn't use the firepit on this short trip, but it's a nice feature as well. Would definitely use it on a longer visit and/or in colder weather.”

”Very convenient and comfortable property in a pleasant woodland setting, but with ready access to sites and shops. And all for a quite reasonable price. I highly recommend a stay.”

”Our family of 6 headed to Arkansas for a family float trip. We loved the location! Great proximity to food, floats, and not too far from grocery stores. I LOVE the carport! Made getting in and out less stressful when it was raining. Also keep the car cooler on those hot sunny days. I read through reviews before checking in and thought I’d clear some things up.Water pressure is awesome. Anyone who says otherwise about the pressure in this place might be used to taking a shower in front of a...

”This is the most uncomfortable place we've ever had to stay as far as a cabin goes I'm so glad I did not bring my mother as she would not been able to even walk on the floor. Trying to find the cabin was another hole scenario. Trying to find out how to even get to the cabin or get into the cabin was terrible we left a day early”

”It was very nice and worth the money. I would recommend. The host was very responsive when I had questions.”

”We enjoyed our stay. A good night’s sleep was much-needed and received after a very trying week! Very comfortable mattresses. All needed amenities were included and in working order. Possible considerations/suggestions - ceiling fans in the bedrooms and more comfortable living room furniture. But even as is, I would highly recommend!”

”Liked this place , unique experience, was a different experience in winter time when temperature fell to 9 degrees Fahrenheit ”

”Wonderful stay”

”Lovely location with a beautiful view of the river. Very comfortable beds and sitting area. Wished we could have stayed longer -- looking forward to future visit!”

”The property looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. The frame in the spare room had no support bars so the mattress fell through when you sat on it. There were spiders and cobwebs everywhere and half the paint decor in the kitchen was missing. Just needs some general TLC. The unit didn’t get below 78 until about 2-3am. But, the host was accommodating to us checking in early.”

”it was perfect for a quick getaway”

”We spent many hours on the balcony overlooking the Spring River falls. Wonderful birdwatching. Fun watching the fishermen and kayakers. The accommodation was adequate. Two bedrooms and one and a half bathrooms were a plus. Very nice shower. Enough of a kitchen to prepare a light meal. Good WiFi and great air conditioning. The host was quick to respond to any issues. The outside needs a lot of maintenance, especially removal of all the poison ivy. I would stay here again.”

”Good place”

”No bathroom in the tiny home! Facilities were to far away from the cabin. Overall stay was 😊 good.”
