”Naming of location was misleadng. (Bell Gorge is nowhere near property which is located in a unattractive area). Staff were a bit over the season and not as willing to help as other Kimberley places we visited. Maybe could benefit from extra training or maybe difficult to attract good staff to a bad location? ”

”We arrived after a long drive, and a lovely fellow named Brook escorted us to our room. He was the owner apparently, and apologised for the refurbishments currently being undertaken at the motel. The TV was missing from our room (someone had taken it), and some a**hole had completely trashed the room a few along from ours which he was in the process of repairing.
