”No hot water and when informed management was told that no one else had complained !!”

”Room had a serious ventilation issue, the floor was constantly damp. The room itself served its purpose, beds a little soft however that's personal preference. Now, the exit driveway is way too steep, yes I have a low vehicle however it's not that low! We had to reverse back up it and use the check in entrance to leave as my bumper was scraping on the road!”
