”Nice house in a quiet neighborhood. We missed out on sitting at the patio or balcony due to rain. The layout worked well that my sister "owned" the lower floor and I "owned" the upper bedroom with the TV. We each had our own bathrooms and privacy. We had a great time playing Yahtzee on the table!!!! ”

”Very much enjoyed our stay, perfect spot for experiencing New Ulm. Only feed back would be maybe some more seating for a living room/hangout area, and a bigger TV. We had some bad weather so we spent some of the day in the unit, a loveseat/couch may have been nice.Overall though, would totally recommend this spot to somebody visiting New Ulm. Loved being right in downtown, we could walk pretty much everywhere, we loved it our visit and will be back.”
