”It was a quiet, and enjoyable stay. The gentlemen at the reception were always pleasant. My room was clean with plenty of space. The bed was very comfortable. The check in was easy.
The location was central to the things that I wanted to do. Although I had planned on walking from the train station, I ended up taking a taxi for €11.90. It was worth it as the streets are very hilly and not easy to navigate with luggage.
When checking out, they called a taxi for me and even offered to carry my...

”Thank you Roberto and Vittoria for your warm hospitality. The hotel was in an old building so it’s not a modern hotel, don’t expect to get that kind of accommodation. But will get a comfy and charming stay in Montepulciano. It is easy to park nearby the hotel and it’s free. There are a lot of stairs so you will get in good shape as well when you go in and out. There are a lot of restaurants and wineries nearby. I would love to come back someday.”

”First of all, the property is in a beautiful location with amazing views and a very peaceful, quiet atmosphere. It has so much potential! The swimming pool is absolutely beautiful, with an incredible view—it really feels like a dream pool. Castellina, the charming old town nearby, was also one of our favorite places, and we had some of the best food of our entire trip there.
Our only complaint is that the property needs better maintenance and attention to cleanliness. Our accommodation was very...

”This manor house offered us a nice base when we were visiting Chianti wine area. It is very beautiful and cosy, although it is not as small and home like as some of the smaller countryside hotels/pensions, it has good services, up-class restaurant, swimming pool area and nice view from the hill. In a 15 min drive there are several places to take a look at (like Siena), as well as other good restaurants and wine farms.

”This was a wonderful property if you’re looking for a quiet Tuscan experience. The host couldn’t have been more helpful -from the wonderful meals they prepared for us to the tour and travel arrangements they were on it!! The house is very comfortable and bedrooms comfortable and clean! We had a lovely time enjoying the hot tub. The pool would have been used except for the cool temps we had. I would recommend Villa Caggia!!!”
