”Staff was great overall. But they really fumbled on getting me a taxi to the train station. I thought I'd arranged for it the night before, and they assured me everything was taken care of. But no one did anything, and the concierge just disappeared. Very disappointing.”

”Baotou on ongelmallinen kohde huonon kielitaidon osalta. ”

”泳池是真的給遊泳來的。”

”Terrible service and bad breakfast”

”호텔 주위에 별다른 시설이 없어 불편. 가령 식당이나 한 잔 할 곳 등 전혀 없음. 호텔 내에도 식사할 곳이 마땅찮음.”

”The room is clean”

”Apart from communication & guest smoking in elevator, all is good. Nobody speaks english.”

”Great food, gorgeous rooms and lobby. Staff almost caused me to miss my train: I asked them to schedule a taxi pickup for me the night before. They promised they would ... and did nothing. Then they struggled to get a cab to the door because of construction on site. Pretty ridiculous. They also were completely unhelpful about knowing the neighborhood and where, say, a grocery store is.”

”I only got to stay at this hotel for one night but was very impressed with the courtesy and efficiency of the staff. The hotel was very modern and in excellent condition as were the rooms. Breakfast was varied and plentiful. Very quiet area too. It was a pleasure to stay here and I wish I could have stayed longer!”
