”I was unable to make it due to a vehicle breakdown. I called to inform them. They stated they would refund me when hotels.com sent them the money. I thought it was nice since it was the sameday. The insurance offered is a joke. They want information you cant get. I don't recommend the insurance ”

”We were not expecting such a lovely hotel but it surprised us. The room was very nice, we got 2 queen beds for 3 people. It’s was comfortable, roomie enough for the 3 of us. We had breakfast included at the dining hall at the lobby. They could up that a bit, but the staff were great and very accommodating.”
