”The room floor #184 needed cleaning. Arrived for breakfast at 920, 40 minutes before closing. The counters were filthy with spilled food. Trash receptacle was overflowing and nobody restocked juice. I settled on toast as my only option as hot water carafe was empty. An older gentleman arrived at 940 and I could tell he was also upset with the unavailability of food and drink. He also settled with toast. Staff needs to continually check on the breakfast area, not only at the beginning and end. ”

”Attentive staff and immaculate property. Great little breakfast bar with everything you need for a quick start. The welcome dog in the lobby was a bonus for a dog lover like me. Grocery store with Caribou coffee across the street and then it’s a quick run to all the great stuff to do at the waterfront. This is a great option and I will be back.”

”This was a surprisingly nice place to stay. Right across the highway from the lake. Easy in and out with good parking. Decently renovated (nothing special) but clean and comfortable. Lodging in the area is ridiculously expensive, and this motel is a very good option for the price. It is located a few miles outside of Marquette, so be sure this is ok before you book. It is located on a main highway, so no problems getting around. Would definitely stay here again.”

”Great stay, very nice place. The only complaint I have was the bed was not comfortable, but that could just be me. I’m used to memory foam so the bed was a bit firmer than I am used to. Overall though, was a very nice stay and I would definitely stay again in the future. ”

”This house was in a great area with plenty for us to do. We ended up going to MTB trails south of Marquette and it was awesome fun. The little grocery just a few minutes away was warm and welcoming and well stocked. I bought my morning cup of coffee there and then we would head out to bike. The ice cream shop nearby was a treat at the end of the day. I would recommend this house to anyone who wants easy access to the great outdoors and a cozy home to relax in at the end of the day.”

”This cozy cabin is incredible!! My dog and I came up for a trail running excursion and I couldn’t sing my praises of this place more. It’s quiet and peaceful, the sauna with a cold plunge in Lake Superior is epic and I was lucky enough to catch the northern lights on a big rock in the lake. There are a ton of amazing hiking trails and a few waterfalls close by, and the restaurant right down the road is great! I would absolutely love to return!”
