”OK, we liked the hotel & the location even though it was nearing, but had not reached, the end of a renovation. Clean, quiet, very helpful evening desk clerk who was working by herself. The problems: we were greeted in our room by a large dead cockroach (not unusual in a MS construction zone), we could not connect to Wi-Fi using last name & room # - fortunately we had both created individual accts several yrs ago, one plug between the beds was dead, too many light sources in the room when you...

”Nice place”

”Clean rooms”

”Room was clean & staff was friendly.”

”Quaint bed and breakfast that you have all to yourself (no on-site proprietor)”

”Check in was great . We had a little problem with heat . The gas tank leaked the propane tank was empty. We had to leave the house due to cold weather would rather have stayed there but had to go to motel. Owner was very good to us this is not their fault just something that happened. Everything has been taken care of I highly recommend this property for cuter stays. Ted”

”Who knew there was such a wonderful hidden treasure a mere 2 hours away from New Orleans!!! My wife and I stayed here on the last night of our honeymoon and we wish we would have stayed longer. We stayed in the Owl's Nest and it was exactly what we needed for the last night. When we walked in, I asked my wife if this was glamping, and she said, in her view, yes. The cabin is immaculate and very well decorated. The stairs are not all that scary. The surrounding woods are spectacular! We didn't...

”The house was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Being out away from Jackson, but close enough to enjoy the availability of events made this a very good location. Will come again when weather and time allow us to enjoy the great outdoor opportunities.”

”Perfect little getaway!! Quiet, clean and the host answers in minutes. It wouldn’t let me do 5 stars but they deserve it!!”

”This was by far one of the best stays we've ever had. It was such a beautiful place. Very clean and private with wonderful views. Will definitely be booking again in the future.”

”The room was adequate for a one night stay. Clean, comfortable and quiet. A lot of workman staying there with their boots outside the door and clothes drying in the breeze gave it a campy feeling like it was a safe place to stay. Water was hot, toilet is so low its like a kids' potty! The toilet paper is way too close to the toilet so be careful on your way down! No breakfast but there is a circle K across the 4 lanes of highway and their coffee is great. One of our "neighbors " was going...

”Beautiful place to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. We enjoyed our time at this house just enjoying the beauty of the area and relaxing! ”

”Beth was very welcoming and answered all my questions. The cabin was cozy and had everything we needed!!”

”Would stay again.”

”We enjoyed everything about our stay. Plenty of room and thoroughly enjoyed the pool table. Great hospitality of the host. Recommend the shorter entrance from interstate 20. Very private. Will be remembered as a moment together before our 2nd oldest's wedding.”
