”This has got to be one of the best places we have stayed in Rotorua. The unit was spacious, well appointed and a great layout. Shower had great pressure and plenty of hot water. ”Room was really dated and especially the bathroom has seen its best days. Fortunately the room was at least clean. For the price we paid (including breakfast) this was a robbery. Especially since the breakfast was mediocre in European standards. Wi-Fi seemed strong based on signal level but kept constantly breaking up so it was totally unusable. Staff was friendly so props from that.”
