”This might be the prettiest place I ever stayed at. The scenery is spectacular. The hotel is just perfect. It's a beautiful country-house with exceptional food and the service is great. A++. I strongly recommend this. We did the horse and ATV tour and it's a must do. Fly into Wellington and rent a car to see the beautiful scenery on the 2 hr drive. I would love to return.”

”We had a wonderful stay at Moeraki Station. It was such a beautiful experience for us. Jane, the hostess, at all times was very quick with communicating with us and was very proactive and thoughtful throughout our stay. The house is warm and inviting. We came on a cold, windy evening and there was plenty of wood and matchsticks for our fireplace in the living room. Our kids loved watching the fire and it nicely heated the whole house. ”Good communication from the host. The weather was not great when we stayed so the extra space of this house was appreciated. The DVD collection helped when the weather was at its worst - pleasantly surprised by the Akira Kurosawa movies!We did manage to get a bike ride in between the rain showers - not something many places have available.The place was very clean and well prepared for our visit.We may book again sometime as there are still parts of the Southern coast to explore on a better...
