”The bathroom was dirty hair in the tub on the wall, moldy bathroom ceilings. The room did have a microwave and refrigerator. The last night stay, my room key deactivated. It took 3 trips to the front desk to resolve it. And the young man helping still wasn’t not able to get it to work, after calling someone on the phone. My aunt was left waiting outside her room with her walker for like 20 minutes.”

”Kind of seedy with a good coat of paint. Staff was nice and helpful but the rooms were, uh, questionable. Bathtub was dirty with hair and the room smelled of smoke. The other room had poor AC. Breakfast was like an elementary school and we hit the road.”
