”The room was extremely disgusting. The walls, floors, ceiling, doors, towels were filthy. The staff was rude. There were old a/c units left outside about 40 of them. It look like a dump inside and out! ”

I was told I could change them and they would bring some up. They never arrived. I never got maid service. No clean towels. I honestly want a refund. ”

”Absolutely terrible experience. The hotel is very small and unbelievably loud. The room next door was up all night making noise, and I didn’t sleep at all. I called the front desk multiple times — no answer. I left messages for management — no return call. Completely unprofessional. When I arrived, there were blood drops on the sheets and hard yellow stains on the covers. That is unacceptable. The TV didn’t even work. Between the noise, the filth, and the lack of response from staff, this stay...
