”The location is amazing right at the base of the slopes, so it’s super easy to get around. The amenities are great, especially the heated outdoor pool and hot tubs after a long day. The staff are really friendly and make you feel welcome. Overall, it’s a super comfortable and convenient place to stay. ”

”When we checked into our room the toilet had not been flushes and looked aa though the bathroom hadn't fully been cleaned. Late in the evening we tried to use the pull out sofa however the sheets clearly weren't fresh as there were crumpled up used sheets in the bed. It was late at night after being out all day and we were exhausted so decided just to share the upstairs bed. I would not feel comfortable staying here again. ”Perfect spot for us as we needed something close to blackcomb gondola. 8 minute walk. From Bus drop head by Tim Hortons/visitor center on the right side. Through walkway then bear right toward totem pole to get to the front desk head up the long flights of stars as will be located on the second floor. This particular room is located in D wing. So where you come in from Tim Hortons cross the walk way to the opening to a little garden stay left and access to D building elevator is there. Amazing...

”The hotel is old and doesn´t offer many of the amenities for a hotel that charges these prices. It is, at best, a 3-star hotel - no pool, jacuzzi by reservation, no help in getting luggage to the room, etc. Our first room - 506 - was extremely dark, old and smaller than the offered sqm. As soon as we arrived we asked for a room change and were denied this request. After 2 nights we asked again - the room was terrible!!! - and we finally got another room (700) that had been remodeled...
