”The spa was PHENOMENAL. Casino was just a casino…smoking and gross. Rooms were clean and staff was great.”

”There is no cleaning of rooms except every two weeks. We had to take our trash to them. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. There was always coffee.”

”Room smelled horrible like mold and cat pee. Staff then tried to spray room with febreeze Then we were moved to another room later in day which was better but still had mold smell 😞”

”The hotel is good. The elevator was slow and there was one working. The second one was broke. The mattresses were really soft and not easy to sleep on. The staff were super nice.”

”Amenities was limited 9pm Amenities were shut down and also there were dogs in the hotel staff said they were animimal friendly which I disagree pitfalls in the building around families and small children, not recommended for a family visit, not everyone likes to be around dogs, the, are unpredictable, could bite someone, I most likely will not stay at a animal friendly place like Drury inns...”

”We stayed on night. The room was clean. It was also very quiet. The carpets in the halls and our room needs to be cleaned or replaced. The property unfortunately was not well kept. We were traveling with dogs and had to be very cautious on where we took them for pottt breaks. There were some lose tiles when using the stairwell. These are very minor complaints, but I feel the owner needs to give this property a bit of TLC. It is not living up to the Comfort Inn Standards.”

”Wasn’t told about a $50 deposit online, wasn’t told hotel is under some remodeling(construction stuff everywhere), pool not available, the elevator feels completely unsafe, shower sounded like it was gonna come out the wall and very loud, felt really on edge all not with hearing slamming doors and loud noises all night.”

”The 7 of us that stayed in the suite with 2 rooms loved it. Any time we come to the area this is where we will be staying.”

”Pool was green and smelled like urine, TV didn’t work, pullout couch a had a giant feces stain, and room smells like a wet dog mixed with urine. Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Asked to switch rooms and they said they were booked and handed me a deodorizer.”
