”Ice machine was broken. They needed to do a daily cleanup of the dead seaweed washed ashore on the beach. Smelled up the beach area. Staff was great. Room was spacious and clean. Coffee machine at the coffee shop was broken.”

”My room wasn’t cleaned daily, Monday my room wasn’t cleaned and the bathroom was wasn’t cleaned at all. I had sand in the tub from when I went to the beach on Saturday and there is still sand in the shower. I didn’t get any clean towels on Monday and had to call the front several time and finally received around 9 pm”

”I believe this property is 3 1/2 stars and I normally stay at 4 and 5 star resorts but this place is just quirky enough to make me curious. I'm glad I was because I was pleasantly surprised. The air conditioning in the room worked perfectly. The staff was very helpful and lovely. The little store on site had a lot of nice last minute things. Amenities, drinks, snacks, souvenirs, and toiletries. The drawbacks were pretty minor but here they are: the water pressure in the shower was very low, so don't use a whole lot of soap....

Having been an Expedia client for many years, I rely on the their information for making decisions about locations to consider. This time we were duped. We were told of dining and bar options that were either closed permanently, closed early, or provided very limited options. For example, the coffee shop's espresso machine was broken and had been for months. The lobby bar and Italian restaurants...

I was shocked by the fact that guests have to pay twenty dollars a day to use an umbrella on the beach, and you only get one free lounger, your travel partner will have to pony up 15 bucks. No coffee maker in any of the rooms. Our sliding glass door to the balcony was broken, and we only had WiFi in our room for about 5 minutes the entire time. The pictures are very inaccurate, the place is in shambles from hurricane damage and it’s a bit depressing when...
