”George at the front desk was unprofessional. I was shocked at check-in, lied to, and then made to wait for an extended amount of time. This establishment had been taken over by new owners and it has gone down hill. Dirty, filthy rooms, and horrible front desk check in. Very sad.”

”I didn't stay there the room stunk I waited for hours for them to clean it they still hadn't got it done they gave me a room key to a dirty room and I told him I wanted my money back and he said okay you can get a refund but so far I'm not getting anything and I would like to know why.. if I don't get my money back I am going to sue you and him... I've heard he's bad to deal with he says you're staying when you're not and I asked to cancel sitting in the parking lot through Expedia”

”My mattress was broke and they didn't fix it. I asked for a replacement or to be switched to a diffrent room. They said they didn't have one available. I then got back to my room the second night and they texted me at 11:48 and said they could swith rooms after I was already asleep in the floor for the second night stay. I was not happy at all. ”

”This place is exactly as advertised. Very modern/updated decor and facilities. The place was immaculately clean and the host provided many nice extras (bottled waters, snacks, etc). The hot tub was very nice! The house is situated on the host's property, about 100 yds from their home. Meaning they were available if needed, but left us to our privacy. Definitely would rent again!”
