”This is a lovely and comfortable place. The hotels.com description is inaccurate. The microwave, coffee and dishes are communal, in the lobby. No coffee grinder or stove tops. Some rooms do have kitchenettes, but not the double bed rooms or the standard queen ocean view room that we had. However our room was very nice, with good bathroom amenities with extras like cosmetic pads, swabs, makeup remover cloths. Good bed amd nice table and chairs. Not exactly what we expected, but very good....

”Not a modern hotel but wonderfully spotlessly clean, spacious and very comfortable suites with a relaxed feel. Add to this the friendly and kind staff and this somewhat tired hotel is an excellent place to base yourself when visiting Campbell River. And boy what a wonderful view right across from the Discovery Passage - bring your binoculars! ”

”The cabins are well maintained and clean, stocked with all you need. The property is well kept. Across the street is a beach on the ocean and a long view to spectacular mountains. We’re sitting in the living room, as it’s cool on the porch tonight, watching a ferry all lit up go by. Beautiful! ”

”Our room was very clean, lots of hot water and the gentleman that checked us in was very nice. Good wifi as well”

”Where do I start, the property owner and “property manager” are not in agreement about the space being used on VRBO. The owner tried to get me to pay him directly, do not do that. VRBO has a great reputation for refunding when people misrepresent properties. The people living here have taken over the property from a 78 year old man who has tried to have them evicted with the RCMP. The “property manager” and his girlfriend are really nice people, they will look after your pets and even help find...

”Nice and quiet location, spacious room. Staff was friendly and helpful. The Restaurant wasn't open during our stay except for a continental breakfast for an extra fee, which we did not require, but to be fair it was offseason. I would definitely stay again, this was my 2nd visit.”
