”Having been told there was plenty of parking we arrived to find a car rally had taken virtually every space. When we enquired whether there would be spaces later on our return from going out for dinner we were told we could park on nearby streets, not very appealling with a fully packed car! In the end the rally had left by the time we got back, though why reception didn't say this heaven only knows! Otherwise a perectly functional hotel well postioned for visiting the local area.”

The booking form did not make clear the accommodation was a tent. and did not include such basics as towels, Pillows, bedding etc. We were offered a wooden building fully equipped apart from the above. In view of the uncertainty of finding alternative we reluctantly accepted and improvised despite my age (86). ”Very basic accommodation. Property run down. No bar or restaurant open. Took an hour and a half for the water to warm up. Would not recommend”

”Very special excellent place, wonderfully decorated and well cleaned. Good big bed and spacious room. Breakfast was served in the table and staff was really nice. The room lacks only aircondition. Ten minutes by car to the village where there are restaurants. I would choose this place anytime again. ”

”La Sablonniere was a beautiful, tastefully decorated property fitted with high quality fittings, linen and towels.It was in an excellent position for exploring the memorial sites of our Workd Wars as well as being near the quaint Perry town of Albert with bars and restaurants m.Chrystelle and Bertrand were helpful, approachable lovely kind people. We will definitely recommend this property and will almost certainly return.Thank you”

En arrivant épave de voiture à côté de la grille d'entrée...Odeur horrible d'humidité, sol qui colle aux chaussures tellement s'est encrassé, refrigérateur contenant encore du poisson décongelé (odeur nauséabonde), les WC très sales, le micro-ondes sale, la douche pleine de moisissures et parois pleines de calcaire ... Si nous avions pu nous serions repartis le jour même. Nous nous sommes jamais senti aussi mal dans une location de vacances ... à fuir ”
