”Good basic hotel for the price, just a little tired room. Unfortunately the breakfast was not good at all, as I was making toast and discovered they were out of butter after I had already began toasting the bread. The omelette was extremely processed and nasty and the bagel was dry. Everything else was acceptable about the hotel.”

”The room was very clean, the lobby and walkways well lit. They even had a night lamp in the bathroom that we used for the main room that we stayed in. I checked in around midnight with my family and the staff was superb, friendly and welcoming.”

”I asked for service but they made excuses why they couldn’t clean my room.”

”Booked a room sent my brother there to check in after working all day. The reservation got canceled, took the money out of my account and still haven't seen the refund”

”The step in tub showers in this hotel are from the 1960s I think. The water wouldn't work in our shower. They didn't know how to fix it so they gave us the keys to another room to use the shower. So we had to walk down the hall to shower and then walk back to our room after we showered. Extremely inconvenient, yet no offer was ever made to compensate us in any way for the inconvenience. Greedy, greedy owners.”

”Great front desk staff. Room was comfortable and relaxing. Super clean. Oh, amazing water pressure in the shower.”

”No breakfast and I did not see the advertised hot tub. The onsite restaurant was closed and there were not many restaurants in the area.”

”We arrived to a less than happy to see you attitude in our receptionist. When we got to the room there were a few issues. There was no shower curtain. This was resolved with a phone call where said receptionist handed me one and I had to install it myself. the security viewer in the door was blocked with what appeared as paper. Left it alone. The bathroom floor had no grout in the tile. and the tiles moved , some being cracked. When I mentioned this to another ineffective receptionist, all she...

”The bed was comfortable the pillows were good. The room was spacious. The bathroom had lots of room. The shower had good water pressure. Anyone who does not like lavender should know all of their bath products have lavender in them. The room was mostly quiet, there was some noise from the nearby highway. The location was convenient. The employees were all very nice.”

”Property close to Blossom Music Center and easily accessed from interstate. Our floors were wet from mopping , I guess. A coffee maker would be nice. We had no cups. The toilet paper holder was broken, not there. 2 half rolls sat on the sink. I would not stand in the shower. It was either terribly stained or dirty. I will not be staying here again.”

”A bit dated but beds comfortable and slept great”

”The bathroom hadn’t been cleaned. A section of baseboard was pulled off exposing mold. The bathtub was filthy and did not drain. If I hadn’t got in so late, I’d have left.”
