”Everything we expected ”

”Exhaust fan falling off the wall and baseboard in the bathroom fell off. Pubic hair on the wall in the shower. Chunks of something behind the beds on the wall towards the ceiling. Bubbles in hot tub had black specks so we couldnt even use it. Family of 6 kids stood in front of the breakfast bar for 25 min so we couldnt even eat breakfast. Is a great location and center to everything and staff was polite”

”Even though we booked through Expedia a warning that they had no power would have been nice so we were not scrambling to find another hotel. Staff laughed it off and said we could sleep in the cold dark rooms until power was eventually restored. Not very professional about the situation. This is a shame as we have stayed there before and thoroughly enjoyed it, but now we will never stay there again and hopefully more prospective patrons will follow suit.”

”The bed was uncomfortable and the AC blew warm air, even at 66°. When the front desk clerk checked on it, they said it was working fine. I believe the electricity being out localling and the immediate increase in guests affected the efficiency of our AC, due to the increase of guests (especially with children) we were not able to enjoy the pool or hot tub . It was due to unfortunate weather around the afea, not the hotel. ”

”Cleaning staff great, front desk poor to average, dining was terrible due to construction and food pricing for what you got. The cleaning staff was always friendly and helpful when needed. Front desk slow to work with you when there was a problem. Food they charged you double what you could get at a waffle house or bob evans for less to same quality. The pool was terrible to ok. Had a random dirty sock and dog toy left in their pool for several days. Sauna not working several days...

”Excellent Hotel! VERY clean & super friendly staff!! Nice spacious room with a refrigerator & a microwave too! There's a Starbucks next door as well. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again! You won't be disappointed!!”

”The shower head was leaking water when you switch it over to the shower setting. It most likely needs a replacement. Other than that, the room was adequate. A good stay for one night.”

”I was only staying for a night so that I could attend a seminar in the morning. The front desk attendant was kind and friendly. The lobby, lobby bathroom, and my room were immaculate. No issues at all. ”

”We did not get to the pool. The breakfast was good. Beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly. No complaints and it met our need for a one night stay. ”

”We stayed two nights and I would say the property is in major need of an upgrade. I also had an issue with having lots of kids being unattended with no parents in the pool when I was trying to take my young kids swimming. Also, we had an incident where a bottle of water spilled on a bed, I asked for clean bedding and said I’d even change it myself but they kept offering me a rollaway but I refused until someone just brought me some sheets and blankets.
