”Friendly staff. Clean rooms and an awesome pool! I had a great stay.”

Loistava palvelu.”

”The friendliest and most helpful group of staffing. Thank you so much for exceptional customer service”

”There is lot to like and love about the Majapahit Hotel, Surabaya. I loved this historic property in a great central location and I also loved its cheerful and attentive staff. The classic room I had was very spacious and clean, though some of the bathroom surfaces would benefit from replacement. However, for the price, it is hard to complain. Noise from other guests was not a problem during my 3 nights there. The buffet breakfast is quite good and you can order ala carte, including special...

”Ihan ok hotelli varsinkin lyhyelle matkalle. Huoneiden hinta ok.

”Great stay in Surabaya. Close to many shopping areas and attractions. Comfortable room, very spacious, fantastic breakfast. Super appreciative of the room upgrade”

”Overall, my stay at Vasa Hotel was okay, but improvements are needed. Although I booked a suite, it didn’t feel much different from my parents’ standard room. They had a king bed, while mine seemed to have two twin beds pushed together, which creaked when I lay in the middle. I enjoyed the well-equipped gym, which had a separate yoga or Pilates room with mats. There also appeared to be a spa toward the back. Unfortunately, the pool was poorly maintained, with missing tiles that felt rough and...

”Hotellilta oli hieman matkaa muihin palveluihin.”

”You have to take a taxi to everywhere. No tourist atractions nearby. No sidewalks, and situated on busy road. Food in hotel restaurant was not up to the price. Not the local food or the western. Hotel gym is a joke, just hand weights and threadmill. Hotel was clean and in good condition. Interior was also good. Nice hotel but overpriced.”
