Hae hotelleja – Suuri Chambord

”Could not beat the location, absolutely stunning. Our room was also top drawer. However, dinner was mediocre, waiting staff were poorly trained. Breakfast was poor, again few staff, not attentive and food choices were very limited. I had to chase 3 times to order a simple omelette and it was not busy or peak season. Overall beautiful setting which promised highly but service did not deliver and certainly not aligned to the price paid”

”This hotel is beautiful and very inviting. The rooms were a bit small, which was a challenge, but we made the most of it and got along ok. I would stay here again, but would ask for the largest room they have. The location was wonderful, and the property team was very kind. They need to mix up the menu, as they serve the same 3 items every night. We did ask for a different meal, and they somehow made it happen.”

”De passage une nuit dans la Tiny house au plus proche pour aller visiter le château de Chambord le lendemain matin. Cadre très agréable et calme avec vue sur la Loire. Propre mais dans un cadre rustique et en pleine campagne, il ne faut pas trop en demander. Les WC extérieurs privés sont un peu éloignés et la porte ne fermait pas. Accueil par le propriétaire très sympathique. Equipement assez complet, manque une cuvette pour un séjour plus long”

”Tout s'est très bien passé, pas de fausse note, accueil super, chambre super confortable avec une bonne literie, petit déjeuner parfait. On est au calme et idéalement placé pour aller visiter pleins de sites touristique.”

”This hotel was nice and a good value. We enjoyed our room and it was located a 10 minute drive away from Chateau Chambord. Parking was a bit limited, and don’t plan on arriving early because there is no one at reception until check in time (and they’re only there for limited hours, so keep that in mind!) Overall we enjoyed our stay.”

”Fantastic experience starting at this beautiful chateau. We were well take care of and enjoyed our stay. We received plenty of good tips of chateaus nearby as well as restaurants with special recommendations of each. We can’t wait to revisit! The only thing I missed was a bit stronger espresso style coffee :) but all in all a very very satisfied!”
