”I am from Madison and always look forward to staying with the Hillside and staff. Everyone is always very nice. Now the building is old so you have to accept some of the blemishes. My recommendation is stay in the winter when all the leaves have fallen and at night you can look down the street and watch the snow fall then go walking down main late at night it’s so peaceful and quite all you hear is the snow falling.”

”We loved this property and Madison in general! The host was quick to respond to communications and gave great recommendations of things to try in town. The room was clean and well-stocked. The location was great for walking if you don’t mind about 10-20 minutes to get to places (the historic homes make the walk absolutely worth it!). Overall, we’ll be happy to stay here again!”
