”We really liked our stay here and we were very well looked after. We had booked 3 rooms as a family and as it was during the protests/riots recently the hotel was practically empty so we got the pick of the rooms. ”It was one lovely, lovely stay! We chose the Family Villa (1st floor), rooms are large. The serenity was commendable with music from running visible spring water beneath a balcony, accommodation was clean. The resort also had nice grassed walkways. BBQ dinner was in a small hut by spring side and costed mere BDT 500 (USD 6.5 approx) per person, which was amazing value for money. ”Fantastic hotel in the heart of the town. Very clean and comfortable. Hotel staff are friendly and welcoming. On Arrival we was greeted by the staff and gave us welcome drinks which was very nice. ”Really friendly and helpful staff. Sadly there is no back up generator when the power goes off. Very hard place to find if don't have sat nav! Very reasonable price for stay and you must order evening meal at least two hour before you want eat. ”

”No one knew we were coming. They did not know what Orbitz is. Gave us the wrong rooms and blamed it on "The foreign website" we used to book - after hours of arguing with the uneducated yet extremely mouthy general manager, they finally gave us the rooms we booked. This ruined day 1 of our 2 day trip to sree mongol. They accused Orbitz of charging us double the price and actually selling us a way worse room. ”They have various kind of rooms. We didn't like the initial room we have booked by app, later we have upgraded the room to little bit better room. But the room size is small compear to it's class!”
