”We stayed for 4 nights in July 2026. The room: was never cleaned, sheets and towels never changed. Banked bad without safety rail - our 8 year old fell from the top bed. No hot water in the evening when people return from the tours - we were offered a bucket (!) The door bars are open and wind gets into the room from outside. Pool: dirty and unusable Tours: we checked a few weeks before and were told that tours are available during the weekend - this was not the case. We flew to Tanna for three...

”We had the most amazing time here, from the minute we landed at the airport everything was perfect. Daniel and his family are wonderful people and organised everything we needed, transport from/to airport, tours and food. The location is truly authentic in a village and you could see the volcanos glow from our room.”

It has everything you would need in a place. If you book ahead of time contact them for any tours they may have, they're honestly very kind and welcoming. Breakfast was complimentary and was delicious. Thank you for everything!”
