”スタッフさんがとても気さくで話しやすく、対応親切でした。 BBQがとても立派で大満足！カマンベールチーズが丸々入ったリゾットも最高でした。寒い中、焚火で焼きマシュマロもおいしかったです(^^) 景色も素敵で日の出に感動しました。心残りは到着が遅くなった為、日の入りが見れなかった事です。家族も大満足でしたので、また利用したいと思っています。”

”This place was amazing. This was a picked based on location to Mt Fuji and nothing else. Due to other factors , visiting around Hakone and other places closer to Mt Fuji didn’t occur, but we found other gems. My wife and I loved it and so did the kids. The windie road getting there, was interesting, but really just another part of the fun. Thank you so much. We hope to come back again some day.”

” オーシャンビュー8Fの部屋で、眺望も良く綺麗に清掃されていて広い部屋でした。担々麺が夜食に食べられるのでしたが、ビュッフェでお腹一杯、次回来た時にはぜひいただきたいです。熱海駅前の商店街散策は離れていて、バスの最終も間に合わず、行けなくて残念でした。また、友人にもお勧め、リピートしたいホテルです”

”The family room we had was perfect for the 5 of us ( 2 adults and 3 school age children). Very spacious. Loved the private hot tub. Loved the dinner buffet. And how can you not love the view. Highly recommend. ”

”Hyatt in Hakone Gora is a real 5-star hotel with highly professional and friendly staff. Location is good as you can take a cable car to go either up or down the mountain. Living room of the hotel is a great surprise with champagne service in the evening. ”

”Upea paikka Hakonen Gorassa. Aamupala oli kattava ja pääosin japanilaistyyppinen, mitä itse pidin hyvänä, maassa maan tavalla. Illan ilmainen olut, alkoholi ja snack tarjoilu oli myös upea lisä! Kävimme myös illallisella hotellissa, se oli hintava (n. 50€), mutta erinomainen hinta-laatusuhde, sillä hintaan sisältyi hyvän buffetin lisäksi myös valittavissa oleva irrallinen pääruoka, sekä alkoholilliset ruokajuomat. Hyvä sijainti, johon on helppo tulla esim. Tokiosta. Yleinen ja priva Onsen...

”I love the beautiful scenery, the wonderful activities from the karaoke, bowling, tennis/badminton, and especially the onsen. The shuttle bus from the Nebukawa station is really helpful to get to the hotel without walking about 30 minutes from the station.”

”I really enjoyed my stay in this historical hotel! I got a really nice room in the forest wing so I could see the woods. It was peaceful and bed was really comfy. Loved the spa too. Will come back!”
