”The property is a little bit away from the train station and up the hill, but shuttle is provided between 1 and 5 pm every day for pickup. ”Staff were very kind and respectful. Room was clean and spacious. Room had a gorgeous view of the river and trees. We enjoyed the very authentic traditional Japanese food served at breakfast and dinner. The public onsen is fantastic and the area also includes a sauna and a cold plunge. Be aware that guests with large tattoos are not permitted. Would not recommend the Japanese traditional room for guests over 5’8ft as the doorways are very low. My boyfriend had hit his head numerous times....

”We were a group of four Finns. Our room was quite large and we had a nice view to the lake and the mountains, even though we were in the first floor. The included breakfast and dinner were tasty and filling. The service was amazing. We also had no problems in communicating with the staff in English. ”総合的には施設内とても綺麗で、居心地の良い滞在でした。 少し気になる点をあげるとしたら、 歯ブラシが有料アメニティなのが少し残念かなと思いました。 逆にヘアゴムが常備されていましたが、そちらの方がオプションでよいのではと思いました。 またホテルのパンフレットが英語表記のみで、部屋に設置してあるタブレットは日本語表記なのでそちらを見るようにと説明受けましたが、 タブレット使い慣れてない世代の人には少し不親切かなと思いました。 とは言え、朝食はとても美味しく、お部屋も露天風呂もとても気持ちがよかったので、 また今度は別の眺めの部屋に宿泊してみたいです。”

”Ainutlaatuinen kokemus päästä kokeilemaan entisaikojen asumistapaa lattialla futon-patjoilla nukkumisesta lähtien. Paikka on todella retron sympaattinen, mutta nykyisellään lähinnä suomalaista retkeilymajatasoa. Huone vaikutti kuvassa suuremmalta, oma wc käytävän varrella oli pytyn osalta moderni, muuten ei. Pienehköt onsen-kylpyaltaat olivat oikein kivat, mutta suihkuhana polven korkeudella ihmetytti. Pukeutuminen yakata-asuun ja tohveleihin toi ehdottomasti tunnelmaa. Illallinen ja aamiainen...
