”A good place to stay and relax. Only down side is that there are some communication barriers since I don't speak Japanese and the staff doesn't really speak English, but they did try their best to communicate with you, things like prepared cards and using translation app on their cell phone.”

Kävimme myös illallisella hotellissa, se oli hintava (n. 50€), mutta erinomainen hinta-laatusuhde, sillä hintaan sisältyi hyvän buffetin lisäksi myös valittavissa oleva irrallinen pääruoka, sekä alkoholilliset ruokajuomat. ”お世話になりました。 家内が姉妹と子供達と一緒にこれまで何度か滞在していました。 家内の勧めで私は初めて伺いました。 今回は家内と息子家族と共に宿泊しました。 2才半の孫と様々なアクティビティを楽しみました。 食事もとても満足しました。 リゾート滞在の雰囲気を盛り上げるホテル全体のデザインが素敵で大満足でした。 さて、是非また滞在したいですが、幾つかの知りたいことやお願いがあります。 1. コネクティングルームはあるのでしょうか？ 2. 洗面所に拡大鏡が欲しいです。 3. 他のホテルにはあったのですが、90センチ程度の子供にフィットする浴衣やパジャマがあったら嬉しいです。こちらでは最小が110センチと伺いました。”

” オーシャンビュー8Fの部屋で、眺望も良く綺麗に清掃されていて広い部屋でした。 担々麺が夜食に食べられるのでしたが、ビュッフェでお腹一杯、次回来た時にはぜひいただきたいです。 熱海駅前の商店街散策は離れていて、バスの最終も間に合わず、行けなくて残念でした。 また、友人にもお勧め、リピートしたいホテルです”

”Hyatt in Hakone Gora is a real 5-star hotel with highly professional and friendly staff. Location is good as you can take a cable car to go either up or down the mountain. Living room of the hotel is a great surprise with champagne service in the evening. ”

The facilities overall were excellent as well. Onsen was super clean and the Yukatas that they provided were fun and comfortable to wear during our stay. ”

”Our stay at Hakone Suisen was wonderful. The hospitality and warmth of the staff made us feel genuinely cared for. They have a well-managed indoor and outdoor onsen. Their breakfast service is also lovely. At checkout, a kind staff member even drove our luggage to the train station, going above and beyond. We would love to return. ”
