”First, the location and water view is a 10/10. The house is another matter. The screen on the porch is not attached to the frame in multiple places. There is an entire 2ft by 4ft section of screen that is missing. You cannot leave a pet on the porch. The house is in major need of an electrical update. There are many more issues I could list but I won't.”
