”Wash room sink is partially blocked - drains slowly. Both hot and cold shower taps need new washers as they are very difficult to adjust. Sound proofing between rooms is poor as next doors conversation is disruptive.”

”A very good motel with exceptional facilities in a great location. The food served in the restaurant was of a high standard. The big horse and the animals on site add extra value and entertainment to all. We stayed in the new block that was not fully complete and, in my opinion, should not have been available to guests. Upon completion it will be a great success. I would definitely stay there again when visiting Tamworth”

”This is a motel. It’s average in rating. Stairs to level 1 were a challenge when dragging luggage up and down them. Rooms are comfy and clean except for a few dirty finger prints on the TV cabinet. But because we stayed when there was a regional sports tournament happening we were significantly overcharged for our room. I paid the same amount we’d pay when staying in a 5 star hotel in Bali for a week! - $1200 for 2 nights. The motel clearly isn’t worth $600 a night which only served to leave a...

”The room amenities on expedia said their was a washer and dryer in the rooms and a kitchenette which was not included, staff were friendly. This was the 2bedroom kitchenette room. Also still waiting on refund. Tv did not work in bedroom.”

”You get what you pay for. This is budget accommodation and it lived up to its price point. I would like to see at least enough cutlery, plates and bowls for the 5 people who can stay in the cabin. Other than that it was OK.”

”Great place for a night. Good bedding, very friendly staff However lot of road noise and somehow we had a continuous sound of water flowing which was very annoying. Breakfast wouldn't recommend.”

”What a great motel , with amazing staff. I didn’t catch the ladies name but she was lovely and very helpful. The motel is surprising quiet considering the area it is in. Once the curtains are drawn the room is very dark so there was no light from outside waking you. Highly recommend”
